My favourite snack of the week!

This month I thought I would my forgo my potato chips snacks and replace it with something lighter. While visiting one of the local Japanese store I saw this seaweed snack "Tao Kae Noi". I bought two versions of it, the seafood flavour and the wasabi flavour - AUD$2.82. I opened both packages just to try them and since they came with resealable zippers, I could keep them after they have been opened. Ok for the verdict, I absolutely loved the seafood flavour although the wasabi one was not bad - not for the faint hearted. Check out the pictures below. It was yummy but how did it fair with calories? According to my iphone app fitness pal (great app to check your daily dietary diary). The seaweed snack that I purchased was 40g and totalled only 140 calories (nutritional facts below). Not bad compared to a full bag of chips.Try it and give me your opinion.
